A roasted grain beverage is a hot beverage made from one or more cereal grains roasted and commercially processed into crystal or powder form to be reconstituted later in hot water. The product is often marketed as a caffeine-free alternative to coffee and tea.

Several well-known roasted grain beverages are Nestlé Caro, Pero, INKA, and Postum (a discontinued product). Other brands can be found at health food stores and at some grocery stores.

Some common ingredients include toasted barley, malted barley, rye, chicory, molasses, and beet root.

A. 20. Drink Water: before going to bed, drink water. Do not drink coffee. Coffee will help dehydration. Vitamins B & C: Take some vitamins before going to bed. Sleep: sleeping may be difficult because your body temperature is higher than usual. If you can't go to sleep, drink more water. If you need to throw up, throw up. When you wake up, drink more water and eat some fruits and try to go back to sleep. Despite all the things that you could do to avoid a hangover before you drink and as you drink, if you still get a hangover, you are not trying enough. Think about what went wrong and learn from your experience. And remember, drinking is supposed to be fun! Not to throw up at the end of the night.

A. Overall what you have on your menu is good. The main question would be how much of all of that you are eating. Portion size is really what matters with the food; not the food itself. There is really nothing out there you can't eat - it all just depends on how much of you eat (and how often).
